They keep talking about instituting structural, institutional and legal reforms when it’s clearly just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. No amount of new rules will help if the former GOP and nearly half the electorate have no intention of following the rules, and the other side always pulls it’s punches when it comes to holding them accountable. What needs changing is not laws and institutions but how the democrats and their supporters understand and treat the enemy.

Lame duck period should be shorter. Limit pardons allowed to one or two a year. Family not allowed to work in White House. Senators time should be cut back to three years. All houses should have mandatory mental texts before start of job, and yearly. Tax returns, background test should be required before considered for a job. All people considered for president should have military Background, or law. As citizenships require tests about our country then the person applying to be president should also take a test on our constitution, our country. The presidents job is the highest being responsible for our country, and our lives therefore much is required before being allowed in office.
It is a shame that legacy main stream media is so dishonest they can’t properly report on the contested election!
