The ‘Wreckage’ Left By Trump And How To Reform It | Morning Joe | MSNBC
The constitution formed something called continuity and stability of government, which is designed into the Senate through 2 Senators per State, 6 year terms, and the offset of replacements with 1/3 of the Senate in every 2 year election cycle. This formed a stable government institution free of the instability and mutability inherent in the frequent replacement of representatives and the change in the chief executive. The Senate was then empowered with the power of concurrence over all laws and all treaties making the Senate the Predominant Governing Institution, the Established Government Authority, the assembly of the States as Equals with Equal Suffrage to reach Majority Consensus, the Union, making what was law and policy yesterday law and policy tomorrow.
The President is not a leader or decision maker, and the President doesn’t form an administration to govern, the President only presides over the executive departments determined and assembled by the Senate to manage the day to day operations of the government as established in Article IX of the Articles of Confederation, and to suggest replacements for department heads when vacancies occur, or other executive and Judicial officials determined by the Senate to be replaced only with their advice and consent, to receive other heads of state as the United States representative, and to act as the point of initial contact and negotiator for treaties under the direction of the Senate. All these executive powers are conditional, even that of Commander in Chief which is only for when our troops are called into actual Service by the Senate not on a continual basis.
If anyone bothers to read the Constitution of the United States you will find this subordinate structure defined in Articles 4 and 5;
Article. IV. Section. 4.
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Article. V.
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
And if we actually read Article 2 of the Constitution we find that the President’s responsibility is to bring information which is deemed important and necessary to Congress for their consideration. Congress is the assembly of the States as the Union, and the Union of the States is the Established Government Authority and their decisions are governed by legislative processes to reach pre-agreed upon requirements for what constitutes a majority consensus for all manner of decisions concerning their Union!
At least try to comprehend the governing system established by the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution which balances that governing system and truly assembles the States into a Union as equals addressing the disparity which exist between the States in their population and wealth. If you don’t understand the Senate, then you can’t understand the government of the United States of America!

IF the Electors’ votes for WI, MI, PA, GA, AZ, and NV are not either decertified at the minimum in Congress or better yet flipped to Trump, and if Vice-President Pence does not object to this sham, our democratic elections will not be able to be trusted in the future. There is no avoiding it. 74+ million voters are not going to allow this to be done to us, to our Nation, to our core values and principles, or to the rule of law of our Republic. The mainstream press refuses to report it….but, this American election is truly NOT over. Congress must vote to accept the result of the ELECTORS sent by each state, AND VICE-PRESIDENT PENCE WILL HAVE THE FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO THROW OUT THE ELECTOR RESULTS BECAUSE OF SUBSTANTIAL FRAUD AND TO SEND THIS ELECTION TO THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. Our forefathers wrote this right into the Constitution because they foresaw the possibility that one day there could be a fraudulent election and they put these safeguards in place to be certain there are substantial opportunities to stop it. Our mainstream press here in the USA and around the world want everyone to think this is a done deal…that Biden has been elected….NO, THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH. THIS WILL NOT STAND. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT AN ILLEGITIMATE PRESIDENT-ELECT Joe Biden. January 6th is going to be THE most pivotal moment in American election history since men grabbed their muskets and headed out onto the Public Green in both Lexington and Concord back in April 1775. This needs to be shared with as many Democrats as possible because so many have not read the Constitution and HAVE NO IDEA that this is how it actually works. They will be told that Trump is somehow stealing the election, when actually, the exact opposite is the case.
