Congress already knew Bill Barr was corrupt and they confirmed him anyway. Also Trump showed that he doesn’t need to have anyone confirmed, he just appoints them. We have seen the Republican Party is completely corrupt itself so they didn’t do their duty to protect the Constitution either. The only way that I see out of this is a constitutional amendment to get money out of politics and outlaw bribes to politicians. That way many more politicians would be free to represent the voters instead of their donors.
