How can you have a “CONSTITUTIONAL” transfer of power IF the foundation of that transfer was established in violation of the Constitution?
The claims proffered about the fraudulent election were never afforded DUE PROCESS for a hearing on the merits in ANY forum by the legislative or judicial branches of government?
Any UNCONSTITUTIONAL transfer of power, fostered and facilitated by dereliction of duties abdicated within the normal progression of legal and political processes, has to be, BY DEFINITION, UNCONSTITUTIONAL under the Constitution!
