I would rate this as click bait, because everyone in their right mind knows that NO support can reach Mariupol at this time (and these journalists are reporting around the clock on this issue). With this sloppy reporting – Kirby should have been corrected – many people will wrongfully suppose that Mariupol will still resist for a long time, which is not probable.

No it is not flowing into Mariupol, it is flowing into Ukraine. Big difference! Krisby never states that it is flowing into Mariupol in this interview either and it would be very hard to do other than drop it out of a cargo plane by parachute in very contested airspace.
