SAVE $102: As of Dec. 9, the Walmart-exclusive Echelon Connect Sport spin bike is on sale for just $497 (normally $599) and includes a free six-month Echelon Fit app membership on top of free delivery.

If it seems like almost everyone you know has a Peloton nowadays, well, maybe it’s because they do: The smart, connected spin bike has seen a 172% year-over-year sales increase as people have cancelled their gym memberships in favor of at-home workouts amid the coronavirus pandemic, and it’s garnered stellar reviews across the board for its sleek, compact design and fun live and on-demand classes. (You can read Mashable’s take here.)

On the flip side, it’s absolutely fair to say that the Peloton’s $1,895 price tag is decidedly not for everyone (especially in ~these times~). Fortunately, Walmart has come through with an incredible deal on a similar spin bike just in time for the holidays: The Echelon Connect Sport is on sale there for just $497 (it normally retails for $599) and it comes with free delivery as well as a free six-month trial of the Echelon Fit App (a $120 value).

FWIW, that “free delivery” part is huge: Bikes purchased directly from Echelon’s website typically come with a $199.99 premium delivery fee. (This particular model is a Walmart exclusive, so don’t bother looking for it anywhere else.)

Spec-wise, the Connect Sport features 32 levels of silent magnetic resistance, an extra-large seat cushion, slip-resistant handlebars, and pedals with fully adjustable toe cages so your feet stay put during rides. And speaking of: That Fit App membership gets you access to more than 1,600 live and on-demand cycling workouts, all with various intensity levels and music genres. (If you want to switch it up, you’re also free to peruse the app’s library of off-the-bike classes covering yoga, barre, Pilates, strength training, Zumba, and more.)
