Trump is leaving the sinking ship and making sure nobody else gets off it.
Old sour grapes Trump does not care about the Americans who are in distress, Trump just wants to have a tantrum. If the GOP rejects the 2000 dollar amount then they look bad and Trump can claim he wanted more money. Trump has totally checked out, he has no time for worrying about the government shutting down, no he is too busy golfing and tweeting, still desperate to change his loss in the election. This is the real Trump, greedy, selfish and vindictive. Jan 20 can not come soon enough!

I don’t think Mr. Trump knows that he may cause a form of gynecide of the American people out of work. He is risking the lives of so many at this time. On top of that, interfering with the peoples right to vote any way that’s allowed. Trying to over turn something that is illogical. What kind of following would he have if he were to accomplish this feat of disgust? I think a lot of people know how mean and foolish he really is as of this day and in the short past. Every time I see him I see the Evil in the most horrid way. That’s pretty scary, too.

The “president” (and I use the term very, very loosely) is awake, of course and knows EXACTLY what he is doing. Now, come Monday, he will have what was in HIS Christmas stocking. The federal government will be escorted into a shutdown. He wants to create as many “emergencies” as he can possibly create to slam America. He doesn’t care – he’ll be back on the streets doing whatever it is he does.
Being unschooled in what sorts of issues he can create, this my best guess.
Once he has vacated, it won’t surprise me to discover he had squirted super glue in all of the locks, planted random dye packets in some rooms, moved various collections, scattering bits and pieces throughout (pieces from the flatware), changed passwords (I’m assuming he has them) the residence, poured Coke into all computers…….whatever he has the ability to move, change, destroy, etc. He is, after all, just an immense, spoiled and hateful boy who has only ever had to push others around to get what he wanted or whine and cry to his daddy to buy him what he wants.
My true Christmas gift would be to see him stand trial(s) and be jailed – for as many years as is allowed by law! I’m fairly sure having all of his power stripped away and with the “help” refusing to follow HIS orders, he will deteriorate so fast we could see it happen without need a time lapse! THAT is how to truly hit him where he lives. He deserves nothing less and a great deal more.

You did what Abraham & Sarah did, they figured what GOD said wasn’t happening, so they tried to “help GOD OUT” by implementing their plan “B” and Sarah gave her handmaid to Abraham to seed, the children GOD said they would have; their so called help, their distrust in GOD, their pride cause chaos. Well, the leader you chose has caused chaos for 4 years, he was & is evil, GOD has judged him and found him guilty & the country has been taken out of his hands & those who continue to support him, his deceit, his wicked behaviors & his UNGODLY character; you’ve join him, so u are as guilty as he is & GOD’S JUDGMENT & VENGEANCE is upon you also.
