The President did not just “walk into this negotiation 8 months late.” Since before the election he had said that he wants a BIG STIMULUS PACKAGE. “”I’d like to see a bigger package,” he said. “I’d like to see money going to people.”” October 9, 2020 Business Insider. Figure it out and stop spreading the lie that he did not make mention of what kind of stimulus he wanted. I ain’t no Trump supporter neither. The fault is SQUARELY on the shoulders of Mr. McConnell. McConnell is the only one that can choose to either fix this or just disregard stimulus for the American people all together. McConnell has blocked stimulus bills passed in the House all summer because he does not want the American people getting stimulus after losing their jobs during the pandemic. All he cares about is businesses. He should NEVER have been reelected. If he does nothing, then the bill will fail and the next time the American people will see stimulus is after January 20, 2021.
