Talk about bad press here – check your facts people. I was not allowed to vote because my ballot never arrived. And I do believe that others are in the same boat. As for the so-called fraud in the election. This happened outright and within details of a Mark Zuckerberg money exchange with a “charity” group.
I do not believe in violence and will never call Biden a president of the United States. Let’s just say – I hope he gets impeached.
Trump paid FB $10M to air fake ads and Trump said without Twitter he’d probably not be president. I agree! I also believe that FB and Twitter enabled Trump and his mob by falling for their ‘silencing free speech’ nonsense! Twitter & FB was and are more likely to silence those who were under attack by Trump and his violent followers. Both companies practically allowed Trump and his enablers to say all sorts of vile things and make all sorts of dangerous comments towards many under the guise of ‘free speech.’ Yes, both companies finally shut Trump down- I believe out of self interest instead of love of democracy and common decency! I for one clearly see the distinction between free speech and incendiary speech! The distinction becomes quite glaring and downright dangerous way before actual harm is done to individuals and/or our government! Unfortunately neither company acted before things got out of hand- I assume due to policies of: profit over democracy and public safety! Hmm?

Many have seen the movie about facebook and how it was founded unethically and it is still being run unethically. What is the use of Zuckerberg’s philanthropy on one hand and promoting violence from the other ?
People blame Facebook but isn’t the number one goal of a publicly listed company to make as much profit as possible within the law? Companies keep screwing over America and Americans keep blaming their government.
Why do we pretend FB isn’t using it’s influence to dismantle America. It’s never been about family and friends but fascism,sexism,racism and yes terrorism.
That’s why Facebook needs to be banned.
Question. Is Facebook an engine of radicalization or is giving everyone a soapbox to espouse their ideas an engine of radicalization? When information was controlled by the local elites who owned the newspaper and radio stations extreme ideas were seldom heard outside someone’s home. We’ve democratized speech and what we’ve found is that many of our fellow citizens are and probably always have been more extreme than we ever thought.
