With Pentagon and DC officials pointing fingers at one another, and everyone else seeming to be genuinely wondering about the “inexplicable” absence of National Guard at the Capitol coup attempt, I will offer a little refresher on why Pentagon officials’ brief denials should be taken with a grain of salt. A few weeks ago (though it feels like a lifetime ago) just before the election, Trump “inexplicably” purged the Pentagon of its top brass, replacing them with loyalists.

Its evident that Trump angle his minions intentionally weakened security at the capital and delayed the response. There were even recorded instances of capital police aiding the invaders. This was a planned coup attempt. Like Hitler’s first attempt it was insufficient, kind of a practice run. Next time they will be more prepared and powerful. Trump will not stop. Thinking ‘ he can’t do that ‘ or ‘ he learned his lesson ‘ is foolish with Trump. Censoring, cease and desist letters mean nothing to him. His power and influence must be taken away ASAP. NOW!
