Whenever there is an event where “strangers” or protestors are going to be in DC you would thing that EVERY SINGLE POLICE AGENCY IF NOT THERE WOULD BE AT THE READY…& as soon as they assessed the size of the crowd exceeding the “rally” permit size & heard any of the temperament of the rally speeches…they would have IMMEDIATELY CALLED IN REINFORCEMENTS.
This was an inside job – bought & paid for. I just feel so bad for the capital police officer who was beaten to death. SUCH SHAME !
We all should be asking, Why would this happen in the first place? Leaders of this country will hopefully come to realize when the classes of people are only Rich and Poor, this is what increases 70 million Americans to follow a Trump like figure.
Wouldn’t it be prudent to make it compulsory for any political leader or nominee to undergo a detailed phycological examination by a highly qualified professional before allowing them to run for office?

General Powell should have specifically mentioned that it was a minority of Republicans in the House and Senate who encouraged Trump, not blame Congress as a whole.

Why is Pelosi and congress talking about empeaching trump now ? Trump has been inciting people at his rallies for this type of mob invasion since after nov, 4, 2020 , when he’s made claims and accusations that the election was rigged with fake ballots and voting machines ( but only in the states he lost in ) ! It’s a little too late but this should have been initiated when his rhetorical claims at his rallies were calling for rebellion and preparations should have been made in anticipation of what happened on January 6 th !
