Mayor Pete! An excellent choice for a critical post. Fix roads and bridges, Install high speed rail. Lots to be done.
He may be ‘mindful of what his nomination means historically’ but he is certainly NOT mindful of what the institution of marriage means. Warped minds which have been seared as with a hot iron, can only come up with warped ideas. But the majority, like his dear husband, just see him as a nice guy.
Love this guy. His moustache’s 5 o clock shadow takes too much focus off of what he’s saying tho. I don’t get it.. He’s out. It’s 2020. Just grow it.

Very intelligent guy. One day he’ll become an excellent president.
He always says intelligent things. He seems completely immune to saying stupid things, gaffes. That signals that the stupid things are not floating around in his brain. You can’t make the “47%” statement of Romney, or the “deplorables” comment by Clinton, if you aren’t _thinking_ “47% will never vote for me” or “Trump voters are deplorable” in the first place. But Mayor Pete, don’t plug your book by having it prominently displayed behind you while you act like it isn’t there. It’s the only book on your shelves whose title I can read clearly. If you want to talk about what you said in your book, simply mention it, and if people like what you quoted from it, they will buy it. I mean I feel like I am watching a movie and the direction in which the box of corn flakes faces on the main character’s kitchen table depends on how much money Kellogg’s (or whatever company) paid for it to be viewed during the breakfast scene.
Also, how about calling him “Secretary Pete”?
