President-elect Joe Biden will nominate Pete Buttigieg, his one time 2020 rival for transportation secretary. Buttigieg, the former mayor of South Bend, Ind., dropped out of the Democratic primary to endorse Biden right before Super Tuesday. Transportation secretary is a key cabinet role, and it comes as the president-elect has promised a renewed focus on climate change as well as rebuilding America’s crumbling infrastructure. Aired on 12/15/2020.
